We bought an accord hybrid a few days ago. The whole process took a while most because we could decide on certain things. The sales man Geoffrey Ross was amazing very flexible and patient not pushy at all gave us multiple options. Got to look at both civics and accords. Definitely best sales man I’ve dealt with. We had an outstanding experience at Klein Honda. Truly, I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership. My wife and I were looking to replace our vehicle. Pulling into the lot I was tense and full of angst as I prepared myself to be assaulted by salesmen, pitched relentlessly, and to do battle on every line item. That was not what happened at all.
We were met at the door by Sean who asked us what brought us in. We went inside and spoke to him about what we were looking for. At no time did he ask us our price range or what we were wanting to pay, he was only concerned with what we were looking for in a vehicle. He took the time to explain the different models and features and then we walked the lot and he showed us several vehicles and how they differed.
We chose one for a test drive, then another, then another. Sean never pressured us to make a choice, we didn't feel rushed, it was truly pleasant! It was like talking to a friend who had an extensive garage and was happy to see you trying his toys.
After making our decision, we sat down and talked finances. There wasn't a back and forth with "The Boss" negotiating every point, Sean looked after us and I am certain he had our best interest at heart. We then went in to sign papers with Keo and were on our way.
This was the best experience I have ever, ever had at a car dealer. I know I have said that already but it bears repeating. We will definitely be coming back to Klein Honda for our next vehicle.
Thank you to Sean especially who took the time, answered our questions, shared his extensive knowledge, and never pressured us, just sought to meet our needs.

I recommend David if you want a non-pushy, straight forward experience. He offered a couple times but if I remained steadfast, he dropped it. I bought my Honda at Klein in 2017. Since then I moved to Federal Way, but I still drive to Everett for my free oil changes and service. I had made an appointment and was on my way last Saturday when there was all of a sudden stopped traffic on 405 (shocker about 10 miles later it started moving and had been stopped for no reason!) Anyways, that's a separate bad review for traffic. Back to Klein...I called and Lauren answered I let her know that I was going to be late and she couldn't find me on the schedule...I was a week early. I of course was embarrassed and told her I was so sorry and was already half way there + had a friend meeting me at the dealership to go to lunch during the oil change. She was SO nice and understanding. She said she would squeeze me in so that I didn't have a wasted trip. I arrived and she was there waiting with a smile on her face. Of course because I'm a hot mess I had to get myself organized and throw some trash out of my car from my Starbucks morning run. She was incredibly patient and understanding. THANK YOU Lauren you are awesome and I really appreciate Klein for always providing excellent service and friendly staff. Even if the oil change wasn't free, I'd likely still drive to Everett just for great service and Lauren's kindness.

I went to Klein Honda to see a Crosstrek they advertised. It was late Friday but Jacob met me warmly at the door and promptly showed the car. The car was great and the price was ok, but it took some time to get a decent price for my trade. Jacob was great. He patiently endured my endless questions, processing, and negotiating. With a deal I was happy with I next had to work with the Finance person. Kio was professional and efficient, and all was fine until he got to selling the Vehicle Service Agreement contract. I didn't need nor want this contract and said so several times. It was now late and after repeated persistent offers to sell me this contract I agree to take it, with the intent of soon cancelling it, just to close the deal and go home. After closer review of the contract I was sure I didn't want it at all and called to have it cancelled. Still waiting for the cancellation form and full refund. It was time wasted and my money tied up. Other than that it was a good experience. The car is great. Jacob was great and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, but would be ready for the finance team next time.
